To become a member of TURDEX , the following requirements must be
fulfilled by the applicants,

Assuring certificate of authorization from Capital Markets Board to
execute trade in all kind of derivative instruments,

Providing Letter of Undertaking for Exchange Membership, for Remote
Access to Exchange and for Clearing Membership,

Providing evidence of the equity capital requirements found in the 7th
article of the Communiqué of the Capital Markets Board (Serial: V, No:
34)
,

Having paid the membership collateral and admission fees,
-
Providing required technological hardware, organizational
infrastructure, and financial resources in order to conduct the
transactions,
-
Submitting other documents required by the Exchange,
-
Arranging some related insurances in order to guarantee the financial
and regulatory responsibility toward customers and other third
parties, if it is necessary.
