Exchange Membership Requirements

To become a member of TURKDEX, the following requirements must be fulfilled by the applicants,

• Assuring certificate of authorization from Capital Markets Board to execute trade in all kind of derivative instruments,
• Providing Letter of Undertaking for Exchange Membership, for Remote Access to Exchange and for Clearing Membership,
• Providing evidence of the equity capital requirements found in the 7th article of the Communiqué of the Capital Markets Board (Serial: V, No: 34),
• Having paid the membership collateral and admission fees,
• Providing required technological hardware, organizational infrastructure, and financial resources in order to conduct the transactions,
• Submitting other documents required by the Exchange,
• Arranging some related insurances in order to guarantee the financial and regulatory responsibility toward customers and other third parties, if it is necessary.
